The High Court of Justice granted Administration Orders in respect of MK Airlines Limited, MK Aircraft Leasing Limited and MK Investments Limited on 10 June 2008. James Bradney, Andrew Duncan and Michael Oldham, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Bridge Business Recovery LLP (formally BKL Business Recovery LLP), 3rd Floor, 39 - 45 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 6LA were appointed as Joint Administrators of the companies.

The affairs, business and property of the companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the companies and without personal liability.
